About Us

The word karuna, or more properly pronounced karuna, literally means compassion. Here at Karuna Counseling, our motto is
Compassion through action. Using a variety of modalities and methods, as well as empathy and compassionate conversations, we strive to help our clients heal from traumatic situations, marital problems or assist with general life difficulties. We provide outpatient mental health services and substance use counseling for adults and youth.
